I knew Mick was going to do all his zombie tricks to keep me home, and I wanted to investigate a bit more about the haunted house.
I couldnt see any relationship between the ghosts in the haunted house and the Halloween crimes at the Circus, but, it was one of the few times I really could study a haunted place with real paranormal activity. and I wouldnt miss the chance.

So, whatever Mick's opinion was, I was going to see Eliza again, and ask her why she was in the house.

Cause ghosts always have a reason to stay. Sometimes they take a while (even centuries) to discover what their reason is, and it can be a reason that keeps them in this world for even longer, till they decide its time to go.

Jerry discovered Sexy's secret the other day.
Our unfriendly dog runs upstairs to his flat each time she has the chance. Jerry takes care of her when we are out, so we thought  she was trying to say she likes him more than she likes us.
And for sure she does, but Jerry told us something else.
Sexy is in love with Stephen, Jerry's anteater.

Jerry studies to be a veterinary, and he specialized in animal behaviour. He is a sort of... psychiatrist for animals, and his flat is like a nervous break clinic for all kind of crazy beasts.
All the animals in his flat suffer from one disorder or another.

Stephen has compulsive eating disorder. He eats ants, of course. And butterflies. And fleas. And all kind of salads.  And hamburgers. And hotdogs. And steaks. And shoes. And wool sweaters. And tableclothes, and EVERYTHING he catches when he is not strictely controlled.
Second problem is when he eats compulsively, he inmediately has a horrible diarrhoea that makes Jerry 's flat stink.

When Marlow knew, he said we had to sterilize Sexy, Stephen or both.

This is NOT possible

The pirate was super kind. He took Sexy with him (I think the devilish dog was so amazed at him as i was hahahaha) and i ran down stairs to help Ree with madame la concierge. But the lady didnt pay us the visit we expected and we were waiting for Rum and Silence to come back when Marlow arrived.
It  was him who opened the door when the pirate came to bring Sexy back.

Marlow arrived while he was there, giving our nice neighbour the chance to warn us about smoke and/or boyfriends not allowed to share the flat either.

Marlow told him that he had broken his heart, cause he was wanting so much to live there to have the most friendly neighbour ever.
The guy said in a funeral voice  'woot,  you are awfully funny', and left.

 What were we going to do? Marlow was extra- super-non plus ultra sorry, but he better jumped through the window than taking the devilish dog with him. In fact Sexy seemed to hate Marlow and we had had to lock her in a bedroom cause she wanted to bite him (he said Loulou had trained the dog... who knows :P)
